This should already be in place. Tab selects the next unit or tile that has not already been given an order. Is this there something more it should do in your opinion?

Todd Gibson: I downloaded a 2nd time and the campaign was working with many of the updates i suggested. The tab feature was there as well. The hint when mouse hovering is there. Thanks

update: the cartographer mode when play testing. 1st turn. press tab to select unit. then press period to cycle units.
